Building, construction and development forms

Certification Forms and Checklists
We have updated our Certification Application portal so some PDF development certificate forms are now part of the online lodgement process on the Planning Portal. Certification Contract forms remain available as a downloadable PDF.
The ‘Owners consent’ PDF form has been removed and is now a mandatory field in the new ‘Contract for Certification Works’ form. The following documents have also been removed and are now completed in the Planning Portal:
