Emergencies

In an emergency call 000 for the NSW Police Force, Fire and Rescue NSW and the Ambulance Service of NSW.

Our Customer Call Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To report any concerns or issues on 1300 581 299 (if calling after hours, this number will direct you to the appropriate after-hours service).

2020 Australia Day Closure

All Customer Service Centres and Libraries will be closed on Monday 27 January 2020 for the observed Australia Day public holiday.

Please call TIS National on 131 450 to access translation and interpreting services. Please advise TIS that you would like to talk to Bayside Council in NSW.
