Call our service centres between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday to make a payment over the phone (except public holidays) or use our Online services.
Our regular service hours will change for Easter and ANZAC Day, see Service centres for our holiday opening times.
Our 1300 line remains open over public holiday periods and will divert to our after hours and public holidays centre.

Justice of the Peace
Justice of the Peace (JP) services are provided by volunteers as a service to the community by the NSW Justice Association Inc.
Please call the appropriate library before you come in to confirm they will be available on the day. No appointment needed.
- Eastgardens Library has a JP attending every Tuesday from 9am to 1pm and Thursday from 1pm to 4:45pm.
- Mascot Library has a JP attending every Thursday from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
- Sans Souci Library has a JP attending every Monday from 10am to 12pm.
