Emergencies

In an emergency call 000 for the NSW Police Force, Fire and Rescue NSW and the Ambulance Service of NSW.

Our Customer Call Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To report any concerns or issues on 1300 581 299 (if calling after hours, this number will direct you to the appropriate after-hours service).

Opening hours

The Customer Service Call Centre is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday while the Customer Service Counters at Eastgardens and Rockdale are open from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday.

All Development, Engineering and related Applications can be lodged from 8:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday and all Engineering and related Applications from 9am to 1pm on Saturday at the Customer Service Counters at Eastgardens and Rockdale.

General Enquiries

Customer Service Counter, Rockdale Library, 444-446 Princes Highway, Rockdale - operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm and Saturday, 9am to 1pm.

Customer Service Counter, Westfield Eastgardens, 152 Bunnerong Road, Eastgardens - operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm and Saturday, 9am to 1pm.

Translating and interpreter service

Please call TIS National on 131 450 to access translation and interpreting services. Please advise TIS that you would like to talk to Bayside Council in NSW.
