By discovering Planning Pathfinder, you can:
- Access site-specific planning information
- Receive an early indication of the approval pathway that may suit your project, such as a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or Development Application (DA)
- Generate a personalised report with planning controls and key information relevant to your site
- Better prepare for the next steps in your application journey
Planning Pathfinder is designed to make planning information easier to understand and help you feel more informed before starting your project.
As part of this trial, the tool will continue to be refined and improved over time. While it provides helpful guidance, it does not replace professional or statutory planning advice. Council recommends seeking professional advice before making financial or project commitments.
