The revitalised playground offers a safer, more inclusive and enjoyable space for children, families and the wider community. Upgrades include:

• New age-appropriate play equipment to replace older structures
• Upgraded play surfaces for safer and more comfortable play
• An improved layout and accessibility, supporting easier supervision and use by a wider range of park visitors

The $700,000 playground renewal was jointly funded through the NSW Government’s Local Small Commitments Allocation Program, with $400,000 allocated to the Heffron electorate, and $300,000 from Council’s Development Contributions Fund.
