ALL IN is a Windgap Art Foundation exhibition currently on display at the Mascot Library and George Hanna Memorial Museum.
The Windgap Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation, started by a group of parents over 70 years ago to provide education to their children with intellectual disabilities.
These artworks were created by various Windgap attendees during their community day art programs during 2026. Through their art they communicate how their presence enriches the community. Their artworks and outstanding creativity pays tribute to traditional owners of the area, as well as the important modern-day services of the area.
The title for this exhibition is drawn from the theme of Reconciliation Week 2026 “All In”, which the Windgap artists embody throughout their artworks. Their artworks cover the natural and built environment and welcomes all to participate and showcase their place in our community.
Adults with disabilities are a valued part of the Bayside Council community and this exhibition celebrates their ongoing presence here.

Our Artists
The artists in this exhibition reflect their love for the Bayside community that they are dearly proud to be part of! The art was created by adults of all ages across their day program sites in the area including Florence Avenue, the Draper Centre, Botany Grove and Life After Work Day Program (LAW), located locally in Eastlakes and Banksmeadow.
Many of these artists also live in Windgap supported accommodation in surrounding suburbs in the Bayside area and have delighted in using their wonderful neighbourhoods as subject matter for their art.
The artists in this exhibition have portrayed themselves both individually and collaboratively through various mixed media and painted pieces, showing themselves within the Bayside environment and the areas they feel connected to. They enjoy depicting and showing their perspective of the area through their artworks and delight in this chance to showcase and pay tribute to our native flora, birdlife, land and waterways.
This exhibition was made possible due to the strong relationship between the Bayside Council Library team and the Windgap Foundation. From this relationship, built through outreach events for the attendees, was this exhibition was able to be delivered.
