Regulated premises - mortuary
You will need to register your premises to operate a funeral home or mortuary in the Bayside local government area (LGA).
A registration fee applies to recover the costs of Bayside Council’s inspection services.
You could face a penalty for operating without registering with us.
You will need the following documents ready before applying:
- Details of other relevant approvals - e.g. DA/consent
- Supply proof of ABN / ACN. Refer to business.gov.au for details.
