Construction of a new playspace at Taylor Street Reserve, located on the corner of Guinea and Taylor Streets, to replace the existing playspace. The existing playspace will be decommissioned and the area turfed and mulched.

The new playspace will include: 

• Play equipment for a range of ages and abilities
• Climbing, balance, swinging, spinning, bouncing, sliding and sensory play activities
• Shade sails over the whole playground
• Rubber wetpour undersurfacing
• Formal seats and informal sandstone block seating opportunities
• Sandstone retaining walls and access path links to existing street footpaths.
