Bayside Council’s Creative Directory allows local creatives and community groups to promote their businesses or organisations within the Bayside Local Government Area.
The business must:
be located within the Bayside Local Government Area
provide a benefit to the Bayside community, and be open to the public
not be a promotion for any politicians or political parties
The Directory request:
must specify the location of the business
may include photos, but you must have the permission of anyone appearing in the photo to include them
must ensure that all submitted information, images and links are accurate, lawful, and appropriate for public display on the Bayside Council website.
must not include any material (including text and images) the publication of which would infringe the intellectual property rights of any person who has not consented to you submitting the request.

Bayside will review all submissions before featuring them on the Creative Directory to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
