Artists, creatives, cultural practitioners, community groups and local businesses are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to participate in Creative Carlton on 6 February 2027.
The EOI initiative aims to increase participation by creatives from Bayside and local LGAs, responding to feedback about opportunities to take part in Council’s cultural festivals.
EOIs are open until 22 November 2026, with assessment and notification to successful participants in December.
