For more than 15 years, Fuller has created hand-drawn animations exploring love, loss, place, identity and community. His narrative works often draw on lived experience, local histories and community stories, including queer histories and speculative storytelling.

A graduate of the National Art School, Fuller has exhibited across Australia and internationally. He has been a finalist in the Sir John Sulman Prize and Dobell Drawing Prize, and has won major awards including the 2018 Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award and the 2024 Sunshine Coast National Art Prize.

His work is held in public and private collections, including Parliament House Art Collection, Artbank, State Library of New South Wales, Museum of Brisbane and several regional galleries.
