NDIS information session - Mandarin and Cantonese

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) are running free information sessions for people who have physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities, and their carers, to learn more about what the service provides.

NDIS La Trobe staff are providing the session in Mandarin and Cantonese, and will be ready to assist attendees with any questions about their services.

Morning tea is provided so bookings are essential, reserve your spot by calling us on 9366 3671.

Get Active Day

Sunday 18 June is Get Active Day 2023 where we run free personal training services on our outdoor gyms in Cook Park and Rowland Park.

Our free coaching and training sessions are for all ages and will help show you how to use our outdoor gyms for the best fitness results.
