Bayside Council has appointed Boylson Pty Ltd, an experienced and qualified construction contractor, to undertake remediation works at Brighton Pavilion.

These works will improve the condition, safety and functionality of the facility through a range of maintenance, repair and upgrade activities.

What's included

The project includes:

• Renewal of both public viewing terraces
• Internal building repairs and maintenance
• Building upgrades to improve functionality and longevity
• Remediation works to address existing wear and deterioration

Project timeline

Works are scheduled to commence in June 2026 and are expected to be completed by December 2026.

During this period, the viewing terraces will be closed to the public to ensure community safety and allow works to be completed efficiently.

Access during construction

Public access will remain available to:

• Hurricanes Grill
• Criniti's Restaurant
• The Kiosk
• Millennium Club
• Brighton Athletics Club
