Based in Alice Springs, Suzanne began weaving in 2000 and creates unique pieces using natural fibres and recycled materials. She has taught weaving at TAFE and at festivals across Australia.

During the workshop, you’ll explore techniques for weaving natural fibres into the rim of a ceramic pot. Materials will be available, or you can bring your own fibres, beads and shells to personalise your creation.

What to bring

Please bring your own fired ceramic pot:

• No larger than 14 cm in diameter
• With holes positioned close to the rim and to each other
• With holes large enough to thread fibre through
• In a neutral colour, if possible

Light refreshments will be provided.
