Rockdale Section 94 Contributions Plan 2004
The Rockdale section 94 contributions plan 2004 came into effect on 1 June 2004. It has been subsequently amended on five occasions, the most recent amendment being on 4 November 2010.

What is it?
The Contributions plan 2004 applies to development in the former City of Rockdale area with the exception of development in the Urban renewal areas of Wolli Creek and Bonar Street precinct.
In these areas the Urban Renewal Area Contributions Plan 2016 and the Arncliffe and Banksia Local Infrastructure Contribution Plan 2020 applies, this repeals the Rockdale s.94 Contributions Plan 2004 to the extent that the Contributions Plan 2004, no longer authorises imposition of section 94 contributions on development in the Urban Renewal Area (of Wolli Creek and Bonar Street) and the Priority Precincts of Arncliffe and Banksia.
