The Bayside Spring Fair returns on Saturday 5 September 2026 from 11:00am to 7:00pm at Jack Mundey Reserve and Bridget Tight Reserve, Eastlakes.
After another successful year in 2025, this year promises to offer even more exciting opportunities for residents and visitors to experience an incredible variety of international and local delicacies and to learn more about their community.
Enjoy thrilling dance performances, live music, free amusement rides, and an outdoor movie screening to conclude the day.
We are seeking a range of food and drink vendors, arts and crafts stalls, merchandise stalls, as well as applications from community groups looking to engage with Bayside residents.
Stallholders are expected to trade from 11:00am to 5:00pm, with some food and drink stalls allowed to operate until 7:00pm to cater to the outdoor movie audience. If you wish to trade later, please indicate this in your application.
Please note that a separate form must be completed for each stall.
We wish to advise that submissions of an Expression of Interest (EOI) is for consideration purposes only and does not guarantee inclusion of your stall at this event.
Not all applications will be successful. However, details provided may be retained by Bayside Council’s Events team for future consideration.
By filling out this form, you accept that Council reserves the right to accept or reject any application, and that Council applies criteria for the selection of stallholders based on several criteria including but not limited to: completion of the application form; correct insurance provided; type, quality, & suitability of product; base of operations; presentation of stall/vehicle.

We are seeking a range of food and beverage stalls, especially those that could support an outdoor movie, or may suit a multicultural, amusement or carnival theme, such as international cuisines, showbags, fairy floss and popcorn.
Your application form is for a stall only. Bayside Council will provide a stall structure with name signage on the front.
Basic stall lighting is provided for hired stalls if trading late.
We are seeking a range of high-quality food trucks and will provide space up to 8m long.

We are seeking applications for community groups and not-for-profit organisations who provide services or opportunities to the Bayside community.
