Event Stallholder and Sponsorship Information
Bayside Council holds a number of major events throughout the calendar year for the community’s enjoyment.
These events provide opportunities for local businesses to partner with Council as a major or minor sponsor. They also provide opportunities for market stall holders to promote or sell their wares.
Get in early and reserve a spot!
Stallholders interested in receiving information or notification about Council events should complete our online form to be included on the stallholder database. Registered stallholders will receive advance notice of coming events.
Hire fees apply and vary depending on the location and size of the event.

Showcase your talent!
Many of Council’s major events, such as Carols in the Park, Carols by the Seas or the Multicultural Fair, provide opportunities for local groups or entertainers to showcase their talent.
If you, or your group, would like to receive notification of live performance opportunities simply complete our online form to be added to Council’s entertainment database.

Become an Event Sponsor
Sponsoring an event is a great way to promote your business and be involved with your local community.
Partnering with Council to engage the community is a great way to get your brand, product or company noticed. All sponsors are recognised and actively promoted by Bayside Council through its Community Newsletter (60,000 distributed), E-newsletter (46,000 subscribers) and event flyers, banners and promotional material.

- Bayside Council Garden Competition - sponsors are all acknowledged on our advertisements, website and at the Awards Evening which will be held on Saturday 3 November 2019 at our very own Bayside Garden Centre. All sponsorship funds are directed into the competition prize pool.

A Civic Ceremony is an officially acknowledged occasion such as a National Independence Day whereby Council coordinates a small ceremony in honour of that day or achievement.
