ALLOCATION PROCESS

  • To be eligible to be considered for allocation of fields and/or facilities all outstanding fees and charges must be paid.
  • Priority for allocation will be given to:
    • local based clubs and sporting organisations that focus on:
      • grass roots participation
      • promoting, enabling and supporting participation from our diverse Bayside community e.g. Women
    • Returning clubs and sporting organisations
    • Traditional winter sports
  • A growing population and high demand of our sports fields and facilities creates challenges in approving all booking requests. Some facilities will also be ‘off’ line due to re-development and/or improvements being undertaken further increasing the demand for available fields and facilities.
  • Council retains the right to:
o    Approve all or some of the bookings requested
o    Adjust booking dates, locations, and times in consultation with the applicant
o    Approve shared or casual use of seasonally allocated fields and facilities
