Bayside Councils second LGBTQ+ Inclusion Forum, facilitated by ACON, attracted a number of participants keen to contribute to Council’s ongoing plans for an inclusive community for everyone.

The Forum provided a safe space for a discussion on lived experiences, priorities, concerns, aspirations and ideas that will help shape Council’s planning and future actions to create a more inclusive Bayside.

After a welcome from Bayside Mayor Edward McDougall and an introduction from ACON participants broke out for informative group discussions.

These group discussions were facilitated by ACON and with support from Council staff.
