Bayside Council, in partnership with BikeWise, is hosting a free Rusty Riders bicycle riding course to help adults improve their confidence and road safety skills.

The course is geared towards residents who haven’t ridden in a while or want to brush up on the basics with practical, hands-on learning in a supportive environment.

This practical course will cover key cycling skills such as starting and stopping smoothly, using gears effectively, signalling, and understanding the road rules that apply to bike riders.

Whether you’re returning to cycling or just want to feel more comfortable on two wheels, this course will help you ride more often and with confidence.
