Bayside Council is creating a new scooter track at Grace Campbell Reserve, Hillsdale, as part of an ongoing commitment to upgrade parks to meet growing community needs.
The new track, designed with significant community feedback, creates a playful loop around the existing playspace.
Colourful painted stencils and small signs will help young children develop road safety skills in safe environment.
Council will also be adding new trees to improve shade in the shade in the playspace area.
This project reflects Council’s commitment to creating vibrant, inclusive spaces that supports active, healthy lifestyles for families and children
