Draft Risk Management Policy Open for Feedback

Bayside Council has updated its Risk Management Policy to make sure it aligns with all current regulations.

This policy explains how Bayside Council manages risk and shares important information with our community.

The policy has been reviewed to make it clearer, more consistent and easier to read.

The changes include a statement expressing Council’s commitment to risk management including goals and objectives, an explanation of the importance of risk management, and defined policy statement to ensure Council staff understand their responsibilities.

The draft document is now on public exhibition and open for community feedback.

The draft document can be viewed online and the closing date for submissions is Wednesday 25 June 2025
