Applications for Bayside Council’s 2025 Community Grants program are now open allowing Council to support a new cohort of not-for-profit organisations, community groups, sporting and recreational clubs, schools, and individuals looking to contribute to the Bayside community.
Council’s Community Grants programs are designed to encourage community participation, enhance wellbeing and inclusion and support initiatives that align with Council’s Community Strategic Plan 2035.
Grants of up to $5,000 are available to support local community projects in various categories:
Small grants for purchase of equipment, hosting events or activities, or developing community resources.
Seeding grants to help establish new or expand existing community, social, cultural, or leisure programs that benefit the community.
Applications close Friday 29 August.
Council is hosting three free information sessions to learn more about the application process, eligibility criteria, and how to strengthen your proposal. Sessions include one-on-one advice and Q&A opportunities.
