Bayside’s Future Open for Discussion

Wednesday 14 May 2025

Bayside Council is holding an information session at Rockdale Town Hall on Tuesday 20 May to give residents the opportunity to provide feedback on the draft plans and strategies developed to guide Council’s future actions.

This informal information session will give residents the opportunity to hear Councillors and key staff discuss Council’s key projects, fees & charges, and the resource strategies for delivering ongoing services to the community.

Light refreshments will be provided as well as prizes for some lucky residents.

This suite of documents, drafted to guide the future of Bayside Council, are on public exhibition and open for community feedback until Friday 23 May.

Mayor Edward McDougall said

“I look forward to hearing from residents on the night as we discuss the plans we have drafted for the future of Bayside,” Mayor Edward McDougall said.

“These documents, developed with community input, set out our goals, priorities and actions for the years ahead.

“I encourage anyone not able to make it on the night to share their thoughts via our online Have Your Say platform.”
