A free workshop aimed at helping parents to have open and honest conversations with their pre-teen/teenager about consent and navigating their rights and responsibilities in their relationships. 

This workshop will support parents to be informed and prepared and providing practical and helpful tips to having open conversations and communicating essential information. 

Topic areas include: 

• Adolescent brain development
• Consent
• Protective behaviours
• How to have the conversation
• Supporting disclosures
• How to access further support. 

Light refreshments will be provided.
