LEP Standards and Urban Design Controls Study for the City of Botany Bay LEP 2011
This is an urban design study that was completed to investigate the possible planning and urban design standards and controls that could apply to the Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013.
What is it?
This urban design study addresses key precincts and centres as well as land use planning issues for lands that would be eventually governed by the Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013.
The Botany Bay LEP 2013 comprises of two parts:
- Written instrument; and
- Maps
Detailed planning controls supporting the Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 are contained within the Botany Bay Development Control Plan 2013.
