  • New play equipment and play activities for ages 2-12 years generally
  • Nature play with fishing themes
  • Improvements to the existing loop scooter track
  • Additional park furniture including an accessible drinking fountain
  • Compliant path access to the playspace
  • Boundary fencing to the western and northern sides of the playspace
• Removal of play equipment on Bay Street
• Construction of a fitness station on Bay Street
