Project Planet will feature a wide variety of live music, themed stalls, cooking demonstrations, and an outdoor screening, providing entertainment for the whole family. 

11 - 11:30am: Official Ceremony - including a Welcome to Country, smoking ceremony and didgeridoo ceremony.

11am - 3pm: Rotation of the following shows - ABC War on Waste Episode 2 (57min), The Knowledge Keeper (30min), The Oyster (10min), An Entrée to Culture – Australian Native Bush Food (6min), Bushfood - Belonging and Helping Nature Do Her Thing (5mins)

11am - 5pm: Stalls | Live Music | Cooking Demonstrations | Panel Discussions 

11am - 6pm: Food Trucks 

3 - 4:30pm: Kids Movie Screening of The Wild Robot 

5 - 6:30pm: Adult Movie Screening of Ocean with David Attenborough

There will also be a variety of workshops for community members to participate.

All entertainment will be free. This includes:

There are public toilets located within Cahill Park.

First-aid will be located at the back of the Event Information stall. Please advise staff if assistance is required. 

Bottle refill and bubblers are located within Cahill Park. Several food vendors will be selling water on the day. 

There will be a variety of food vendors and trucks available on the day. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available.

There are accessible footpaths throughout the event, as well as dedicated accessibility drop-off zones, accessibility toilets, a mobile sensory unit, and clear, easy to read signage that will be placed around the event site.
