Mascot Town Centre Precinct Transport Management Accessibility Plan
The TMAP was prepared to identify and address the likely traffic and transport needs, of the Mascot Town Centre Precinct as employment and population grows.
The Transport Management Accessibility Plan reviewed how and to what extent, the road systems in the area, need to be managed or changed to meet expected population and employment growth. The study also considered whether changes to land use zoning would be beneficial in accommodating future growth. The TMAP supports the Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 and the Botany Bay Development Control Plan 2013.
