All Council natural turf fields are open for use, please be mindful that the field surfaces may appear dry, however recent rainfalls may have left them soggy across the playing surface, rendering them unsuitable for use. 

As the surface has been inaccessible over the past week, some fields have not been mowed, and as the field conditions improve these mowing services will be completed.

However, Saturday currently has a forecast of up to 10mm of rain, so the decision to play on Council's natural turf fields will be made at the discretion of the relevant Sporting Associations, Clubs, match officials and users.

This decision is to take into consideration both the safety of the players, and the longevity of the sporting field surface.

All natural turf fields will continue to be assessed and any changes to the turf status will be advised here.
