Council natural turf fields are currently opened. 

Weather Conditions:

• As of this update the weather conditions are favourable for sports play and training.

Important Reminders:

• As Council has the field status as Open, the decision to play will be at the discretion of the relevant Sporting Association Clubs, match officials and users.
• The safety of the players and the longevity of the playing surface are critical for the entire playing season. Council supports the community by ensuring safe and sustainable access to sporting facilities.
• For the preservation of the highly utilised areas of the fields (such as the centre and goal mouth areas) Council recommends altering the location of training within the field to minimise the damage to isolated areas. Additional   measures that can assist in the longevity of the turf fields could also include removing studs for training sessions.
