Arts and culture

Arts and Culture is an important part of making Bayside a vibrant place, helping to enhance the life of all who live and work in our community.

Our cultural programs are curated to activate public space, increase access to the arts, and support practicing artists. Bayside Council is establishing meaningful relationships with community partners to evolve the creative arts sector in Sydney’s south.

All arts and culture decisions are guided by our Public art policy, which gives us a framework for considering any public art proposals provided by donation, acquisition or commission.
