This February 2026, the Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre Health Club is inviting the community to kick-start their health and fitness goals with an energising 8 Week Wellness Challenge.
Designed to motivate and inspire, the challenge includes ten personalised 30-minute Personal Training sessions, providing expert guidance, accountability and support every step of the way. Participants will also receive a comprehensive Wellness Challenge Booklet, used to set clear exercise goals, track progress through fitness testing and gain valuable insights with diet analysis.
Open to both members and non-members, the 8 Week Wellness Challenge offers flexible start dates, allowing participants to begin their journey at any time throughout February.
The cost to take part is $299 for members and $449 for non-members, delivering outstanding value for those looking to build healthier habits, improve fitness and feel their best.
