Botany Bay Development Control Plan 2013

What is it?

This is the primary planning document that supports the Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 with detailed planning and design guidelines and development controls. The controls also assist with the protection and enhancement of the public domain.

The Botany Bay DCP 2013 is an extensive document with a number of chapters. It addresses various issues and site-specific matters.

Previous Development Control Plans

The Botany Bay Development Control Plan 2013 replaces all previous Development Control Plans and Policies that apply to land under the Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013. However, there are a few properties that are excluded from this DCP. They include:
