Baysides Key Strategic Documents for 2023 – 2024

Bayside Council is inviting you to provide your feedback on the key strategic documents that will help deliver our community priorities this year, as set in the Community Strategic Plan - Bayside 2032. 

Bayside Councils Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework for delivering on community priorities, requires us to review the Delivery Program 2022-26 and Long-Term Financial Plan, as well as develop an annual Operational Plan & Budget with Fees & Charges for the coming year. 

We successfully delivered on a range of commitments in the 2022-2023 program, and we are focused on maintaining this momentum by continuing to deliver on your vision using the documents below. 

Delivery Program 2022-2026

We are in year two of the four-year Delivery Program and are not proposing any changes.

Long-Term Financial Plan

The Long-Term Financial Plan is a high-level financial strategy that ensures we have planning in place to sustainably meet the needs of our community now and into the future.

Annual Operational Plan & Budget 2023-2024

The Operational Plan & Budget 2023-2024 is informed by what you told us is valued in the community, and sets out how the actions in the Delivery Program for this year will be funded.
