What we do for Bayside

We manage the everyday services our community rely on like repairing local roads and footpaths, pruning public trees, removing rubbish, and maintaining local parks and facilities.

What is a complaint?

A complaint is when a person expresses dissatisfaction with Council’s policies, procedures, staff or the quality of customer service.

Complaints can be raised anonymously, however Council may only act on these complaints where it appears to be a serious risk to the public, or if there’s sufficient information for an investigation.
