Bayside Council is seeking nominations for local women who contributed to the war effort during World War I and World War II to enhance Bayside’s local history collection.

Following recent media coverage and comments on the Le Sands restaurant, Council has released the statement below

The Botany Bay foreshore turned orange as the Bayside community turned out in force to support Council’s Walk Against Domestic and Family Violence on Friday 5 December.

Residents can pick up free pre-loved library books by visiting one of Council’s libraries, where a wide selection of second-hand titles will be available until Monday 5 January.
